Groundnut Shells and Toddy Palm Shells Recycling Through Vermicomposting Technology and its Efficacy on Growth and Yield Attributes of Cluster Bean (Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba L.) Taub

Farming generates numerous types of agricultural wastes to the environment such as crop residues, animal waste, poultry waste etc,. those are landfilled or burning creates environmental pollutions. The aim study was determining growth and yield performance cluster bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L.) Taub on groundnut shells toddy palm based vermicompost with Trichoderma asperelloides, microbial consortium Eisenia fetida assistance. Pot experiments plants were grown six different combination composts one control treatment. During 25, 50 75 DAS (Days After Sowing) parameters 90 characters carried out under pot culture respectively. combined application composted microorganisms earthworm (T6) achieved maximum root length (21.9cm), shoot (84.8cm), number leaves (46.3), nodules (4.6), flowers (24.6), pods (6.6), fresh weight (17.912g) dry (2.684g) plant Taub. 90th day same treatment like (8.0), pod (16.6cm), seeds/pod (10.3), yield/plant (45.384g), (5.673g) (1.496g) compared control. Based results T6 more suitable for followed by T3 suggested that, organic fertilizer prepared from assistance promotes development attributes Cyamopsis (L.) simultaneously, reduce usage chemical fertilizers.
